After suitable preparation of the sample, the sample extract obtained is examined parallel by means of GC-ECD/NPD and GC-MS-NCI/PCI. All the data required for the evaluation are thus available simultaneously, in certain cases merely a re-calibration is necessary for quantitative determinations.
